Solid 18ct gold shank and silver head setting.
Designed with a natural, old cushin cut blue sapphire in claw setting. Surrounding are eight old mine cut diamonds, 0.35-0.40 carat total.
12mm x 13mm cluster head. Protruding 6.2mm off the finger.
CONDITION ; Very good for age. Clean and solid band. Well set and clean stones. Issue free. Light wear. Please view photographs.
