Solid 18 carat yellow gold shank with platinum head setting.
Designed with a natural diamond to the centre in bezel setting with calibre cut sapphires surrounding and a French cut sapphire to the shoulders.
7mm diameter cluster head.
CONDITION ; Excellent. Well set stones. Clean and solid band, previously resized with antique solder. Issue free. Please view photographs.
