18 carat yellow gold shank with a white gold head bezel setting.
Designed
with a round brilliant cut colour sapphire to the centre, approx 0.55
carats, 4.9mm diameter. Dark lilac sapphire colour in normal daylight.
Complete with five vs grade diamonds to each shoulder.
