Solid 18 carat yellow gold shank and setting.
Designed with an oval cut blue sapphire to centre in claw setting, 5mm x 6.75mm. Surrounding are four round brilliant and two marquise cut diamonds, vs clarity f-g colour. 0.45cts total.
14mm x 11mm cluster.
