A stunning Victorian period diamond solitaire ring, circa 1880.
Solid 14 carat rose gold shank and closed, foiled back setting. Protruding just 5mm off the finger.
Set with a natural, untreated diamond. Rose cut. 10.6mm diameter so has a spread of 4.5 carats. Rose cut diamonds are impossible to assess a carat weight. A full bezel setting in silver with closed, foiled back.
CONDITION ; Very good. Clean and solid band. Well set diamond. All original. Please view photographs.
