Solid 18 carat yellow gold shank with platinum head setting.
6.9mm x 7.8mm approx. Very clean, bright, deep, old cut diamond. 1.95 carats (out and weighed). Complete with three small diamonds to the shoulders.
Protruding 6.2mm off the finger.
All natural. Not lab.
