Solid 18 carat yellow gold shank and claw head setting.
Designed with an oval cut blue topaz to centre in four claw setting, 9mm x 11mm. Surrounding are many round brilliant and baguette cut diamonds, estimated vs clarity, f-g colour and to total 3.00cts.
21mm x 22mm cluster head. Protruding 9mm off the finger.
