Crown and heart shape piece. Designed with a garnet cabochon in bezel setting to centre and old cut diamonds surrounding.
11mm x 16mm cluster head.
Solid 14ct gold and silver head setting and 9ct gold pin.
CONDITION ; Very good. Clean, straight pin. Light surface scratch to garnet. Issue free. Please view photographs.
