Solid and chunky 18 carat white gold shank and setting.
Designed with a large round cut dark blue sapphire to the centre, 1.4 carats, 7mm diameter. Surrounding are eight round brilliant cut diamonds to total 1.3 carats. Si clarity, a great sparkly piece.
14.5mm x 14.2mm cluster head. Protruding 9.2mm off the finger.
