Solid and heavy 18 carat white gold example.
Facet cut top amethyst to centre, 16mm diameter. Four large claws to each corner, pave set with round brilliant cut diamonds.
To the shoulders are many round cut purple amethyst and round cut white diamonds.
Protruding 17mm off the finger.
