Solid and well made 18 carat yellow gold example.
Set with an emerald cut pink stone to the centre, 5mm x 7mm, likely topaz. We can exchange for a natural aquamarine.
Surrounding are natural, tapered baguette cut diamonds to total 1.50 carats. Very clean, bright and sparkly.
17mm x 15mm cluster head. Protruding 8mm off the finger.
