​Designed with a large emerald cut vivid yellow sapphire to the centre in four claw setting. 5.4mm x 6.5mm approx.
Surrounding are ten round brilliant cut natural diamonds and two baguette cut natural diamonds, Vs1 clarity, f-g colour.
13.6mm x 10mm cluster head. Protruding 4mm off the finger.
