Solid 18 carat yellow gold shank with platinum head setting.
Designed with a no heat, no treatment blue sapphire to the centre. Eight claw yellow gold setting. 7mm x 7.6mm.
Surrounding are eight natural diamonds, round brilliant cuts, vs clarity, g colour. Very bright and sparkly, 3 carats.
17mm x 18mm cluster head. Protruding 10mm off the finger.
