Description
A superb quality late Victorian period clasp in the form of a Griffin.
Solid 18 carat yellow gold and platinum.
Set with rose cut diamonds to the wings, a single round cut blue sapphire in bezel setting and a ruby cabochon to the eye.
Crisp design throughout, very well made.
Currently a clasp with hinge section to top. Can easily be converted into a pendant or brooch.
