All pieces are examined and then photographed at different angles to give you confidence in what you are purchasing. Pieces are weighed and gemstones measured. Next the description is created with the aim of giving you enough detail to make that purchase decision.

We understand how personal a piece needs to be, for that reason we have a 14 day no quibble returns policy. If for any reason a piece is not suitable then no problem, simply send us a message prior to returning and post back for a full refund.
