Alterations & Repairs:
At Dealbetweenus Jewellery we offer a re-sizing service on all of our ring, where possible. Unfortunately certain rings cannot be re-sized without affecting the durability of the piece and in these cases you will not see an option on the item page.
We are happy to assist with other alterations and repairs, always at competitive prices. If you have any requests regarding conversions, alterations, or stone re-setting then please do get in touch.
Please note that any alterations are completed by another company and so will add time on to the initial estimated postal and delivery date.
Our promise:
Each item in our inventory is as accurately described as possible. We endeavour to list each piece with a clear description explaining all aspects of the product and a close examination is taken to form the description. The images help form part of the description.
Insurance valuations are available upon request on the majority of products and are carried out by an independent company. There is a £20 per item for this service. Should you have any concerns or queries, feel free to call or email and a member of the team will be happy to assist you.
We offer a complete money-back guarantee: if you change your mind about a purchase or the piece isn’t as you imagined for any reason we have a 14 day no quibble returns policy. We will issue a full refund when the item arrives back with us.
Prior to shipping, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel. Should any problems arise with its delivery please contact us for updates.
Shipping:
All items purchased from Dealbetweenus Jewellery will be posted free of charge to anywhere in the world.
International orders are sent via either International Signed For postage or International Tracked services which typical take 6-8 days for delivery. For purchased over £750 items will be posted via DHL to fully insure the piece and are generally delivered within 3 working days.
UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day delivery and can guaranteed for next day delivery before 1pm, including Saturday post.
