Dealbetween us Jewellery will happily accept the return of items within 14 days of their delivery to you (as indicated by the postal tracking). Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Should you want to return your item, please notify us first via the contact page. We will provide you with an address to return the item via registered mail ensuring the piece is fully insured and trackable. We will then email you with confirmation of the refund within 5 business days of receipt.

Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed and any additional costs incurred prior to posting such as resizing charges will not be covered.
