Solid 18 carat yellow gold shank and platinum head.
Classically designed with an oval opal to the centre, 7.8mm x 14mm. Full of colour. Surrounding are 12 round brilliant cut natural diamonds, 2.75 carats. Vs-Si clarity, g-h colour. All natural stones.
17mm x 23mm cluster, 8mm off the finger.
