Designed with an oval cut ruby to centre, 5.1mm x 7.1mm. Surrounding are many French cut sapphires into a Greek puzzle type shape. Complete with round cut diamonds and floral engraving to each side.
Superb quality, natural stones, expertly set.
16mm x 18mm cluster head. Protruding 5mm off the finger.
