Solid 18 carat yellow gold shank and four claw mount.
Set with a natural, Earth mined, oval cut diamond. 4.5mm x 7.5mm. 0.75 carat approx. Vs clarity, h-i colour. Very clean and sparkly.
Protruding 5.5mm off the finger.
