Solid 18 carat white gold shank and claw setting.
Set with a large oval cushion cut yellow sapphire to the centre, 10.5mm x 14.5mm. No heat treatment, clear eye visible inclusions.
Surrounding are round brilliant and baguette cut diamonds to total 2.25 carats.
21.5mm x 23.5mm cluster head. Protruding 9.7mm off the finger.
