Solid 18 carat yellow gold shank and setting.
Designed with an oval shape ruby to the centre in a four claw setting. 6.5mm x 9mm. Likely no heat, wonderful colour.
Surrounding is a full border of round brilliant cut diamonds with a further border of larger round and baguette cut diamonds. Approx 2.75 carat total diamond weight.
19mm x 21mm cluster head. Protruding 8mm off the finger.
