Set with a rough, uncut, natural, yellow diamond to weigh 4.25 carats. Mounted into a three claw, secure setting.
Mounted into a high carat, unmarked yellow gold setting with three smaller round cut diamonds in triangular grain settings.
Most likely once a pendant though the bale has been removed. Easily converted back into a pendant with bale of your choice or convert into a ring too.
